NWC Women's Swimming - 01.23-01.29

HILLSBORO, Ore. — Whitman senior Clark Sun and Puget Sound sophomore Kelli Callahan were named Northwest Conference Swimming Student-Athletes of the Week, the conference announced on Monday.

Sun (San Francisco, Calif.) went unbeaten on Saturday, including anchoring the meet's final relay. Sun won the 200-yard, 50-yard and 100-yard freestyle events against Whitworth.                                                                

Callahan (Aspen, Colo.) broke a 26-year-old Puget Sound record in the 200-yard individual medley by more than a full second, while also winning four total events against Pacific Lutheran.
