1) Log onto www.redlion.com
- Go into reservations
- Complete the reservation, then click on “Other Search Options” (located just below the reservation information)
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your companies’ assigned three letter code (NW2) in the area that states “Corporate Negotiated Rate”
2) Call the Central Reservations office at 800-RED LION and identify your affiliation with ourBusiness Travel Advantage Program and provide the Northwest Conference as your company name.
