NWC Baseball Student-Athlete of the Week for February 13-19

After missing the first four games of the season with
illness, Greenstein broke into the Bruins' lineup with a vengeance,
batting .579 with .680 on base pct. and 1.158 slugging pct. as
Bruins went 2-3 in Arizona Desert Classic. Over half his 11
hits were for extra bases, with 3 doubles, a triple, and 2 home
runs. He fell a triple short of cycle in a 4-hit first game
vs. La Verne. Over the week he had three multi-hit games and
in the only game in which he did not get a hit (0-1 vs. UT-Dallas),
he walked three times and scored three runs. He scored 4 runs
and had 5 RBIs in 17-14 loss to La Verne in which Bruins battled
back from 11-3 deficit to tie 11-11 after six innings ...
