Pacific Lutheran 41, Puget Sound 14
For a half, the Puget Sound football team looked to be upset-minded but Pacific Lutheran took over in the second half to win 41-14 over the Loggers on Homecoming Day. The Loggers and Lutes were locked in a defensive struggle and were tied 14-14 at the half. 

Linfield 45, Willamette 10
Brynnan Hyland piled up three sacks, Linfield forced two turnovers and returned a blocked punt for a touchdown, and the third-ranked Wildcats pounded Northwest Conference challenger Willamette 45-10 Saturday at rain-swept Maxwell Field.

Pacific (Ore.) 42, Lewis & Clark 20
Untimely turnovers cost the Lewis & Clark football team on a rain soaked Saturday afternoon, as the Pioneers fell to the Pacific Boxers 42-20 in Northwest Conference action on Homecoming.
