Inns threw for 261 yards and a career-high five touchdowns as third-ranked Linfield dominated Whitworth 54-14. He completed 23 of 32 passes (season-high 71.9 percent) with no interceptions as the Wildcats improved to 5-0 on the year and extended their all-divisional record of consecutive winning seasons to 57. Against the Pirates, Linfield's efficient offense scored on eight of 15 drives and converted half of its third-down opportunities.
