Farlow, Warne highlight NWC football All-Americans

The Linfield pairing of Jason Farlow and Willy Warne were the Northwest Conference headliners on the annual NCAA Division III Football All-America teams, which were announced over the last week and were joined by Nolan Schuler, Caleb Dalzell and Charles Riga of George Fox.

Farlow (Sr., Ventura, Calif.), a linebacker and co-NWC Defensive Player of the Year, was named a First Team All-American by the American Football Coaches Association and D3football.com. Farlow picked up a third nod, earning Second Team All-America honors from the Associated Press.

Linfield kicker. Willy Warne (Jr., Vancouver, Wash.) was named a First Team All-American by the AP, while earning second team laurels from the AFCA and third team recognition from D3football.com.

The George Fox contingent was led by senior offensive lineman Nolan Schuler (Bakersfield, Calif.), who was named an AFCA Second Team All-American. Schuler was an honorable mention selection by D3football.com.

The Bruins' Charles Riga (Jr., Portland, Ore.) and Caleb Dalzell (Jr., Gresham, Ore.) were honorable mention selections by D3football.com.
