steals and 1.0 block during the week. He scored 23 points and
grabbed 9 rebounds in a win over L&C. He scored 20 points and
hauled down 25 rebounds against GFU. The 25 rebounds tied for
second on Willamette's all-time list for rebounds in a single
game.

Mitchell averaged 26.0 points and 11.0 rebounds per game while
leading Willamette to a 2-0 record with wins over Puget Sound and
Linfield. He shot 61.8% from the floor during the week and have
five steals and three blocks. He scored 25 points and grabbed 10
boards against UPS and had 27 points and 12 boards against
Linfield. Mitchell has 17 double-doubles this season.

Bartlett came up with two big nights to lead Pacific to their first
NWC victories of the season. For the week, Bartlett averaged 28
points and 16.5 rebounds per game and shot 61 percent from the
field and 87.5 percent from the free throw line. Bartlett became
Pacific's all-time leading career rebounder (708 total) and is now
No. 7 on the all-time scoring list.

Wiser led Linfield to a pair of wins last week, averaging 21.0
points and 13.0 rebounds while shooting 65 percent from the field
(50 percent from three-point land) and 83 percent from the free
throw line. His week included a season-high 25 points versus
Pacific and a season-high 13 rebounds against Pacific and George
Fox.

Mitchell reached the 1,000 career points mark (at Redlands and WU)
with his 28 points against Division I opponent Portland State and
now has 1,038 points. He averaged 22.0 points, 12.3 rebounds and
3.7 blocks in three games this past week. He nearly had a
triple-double versus Whitman including eight blocked shots, the
most in the past 12 years.

Mitchell recorded his sixth double-double in eight games to lead
Willamette to a 78-74 win over crosstown rival Corban College. He
led all scorers with 24 points, shot 63.2% (12 of 19) from the
field, grabbed a game-high 12 rebounds and blocked two shots. His
layup with 1:10 left gave Willamette a 72-69 lead and the Bearcats
held off the Warriors for the win.
