Michaels, a 6-foot-7 seven forward, averaged 22.5 points, shooting 72 percent from the floor (18-25 fg) and 62.5 percent from the 3-point line (5-8 3pt) in two neutral court victories over Chapman and Cal Lutheran. He also collected 10 rebounds, four assists and two blocks in the two games. He scored a career-high 31 points (13-17 fg, 3-4 3-pt, 2-2 ft) in just 27 minutes on the floor against Chapman.
