NWC Softball Student-Athlete of the Week (Pitcher) for February 13-19

Fielder picked up a win and a save in three pitching appearances as Bruins went 2-2 in Northwest Cup tournament.  She got the start and the win with 5.2 solid innings in 504 win over the College of Idaho, scattering 5 hits with 2 strikeouts and 2 walks while allowed 4 runs, only 1 earned.  She saved a 4-2 win over Northwest Christian in relief of winner Erin Hento with 1.1 innings of no-hit shutout relief.  She pitched 3 innings of one-hit shutout relief with no decision in 2-1 loss to NAIA defending champion Oregon Tech.  Overall, she posted 0.90 ERA in 10 innings with 2 K's and 3 walks on the week.
