seven kills and five blocks to lead the Missionaries to a pair of wins. Oct. 29NWC Player of the Week: Katherine Fiedler (L&C, Fr., MB, San
Diego, Calif. - Bishops School) hit .474 with 32 kills and 12 blocks
in a pair of Pioneer wins. Oct. 22NWC Player of the Week: Jill Peacock (Pacific, Sr., OH, Baker
City, Ore. - Baker City) averaged 5.0 kills per game to lead the Boxers
to a pair of wins. She finished with 45 kills (.294 hitting percentage),
nine digs and four blocks. Oct. 15NWC Player of the Week: Anela Iseke (Pacific, Sr., S, Hauula,
Hawaii - Kamehameha) averaged 12.7 assists to go along with 24 digs, seven
kills and five blocks in a pair of Boxer victories. Oct. 8NWC Player of the Week: Gina DiMaggio (PLU, Sr., S, Olympia, Wash.
- Tumwater) led the Lutes to 3-0 sweeps of second-place Linfield and Pacific
with 85 assists (14.1 per game) to go along with 11 digs, five blocks

- Clackamas) hit .356 with 35 kills, 26 digs and seven aces in two road

- Clackamas) led the Lutes to a 3-0 week with 58 kills, 44 digs and five
aces. She hit .303 over the matches, which inlcuded wins over two nationally-ranked
teams. Sept. 17NWC Player of the Week: Gina DiMaggio (PLU, Sr., S, Tumwater,
Wash. - Tumwater) had 82 assists (13.7 per game), leading the Lutes to
a .270 team hitting percentage and a 2-0 week to open the NWC schedule. Sept. 10NWC Player of the Week: Kelly Baker (Linfield, Sr., OH, McMinnville,
Ore. - McMinnville) led the Wildcats to three wins at the Pacific Coast
Classic by averaging over 5 kills per game and hitting .460 in the tournament.
Sept. 3NWC Player of the Week: Rosa Brey (Whitman, Jr., MB, Bozeman,
Mont. - Bozeman) hit .500 over four matches, with 46 kills and 18 blocks,
to lead the Missionaries to the title of the Las Vegas Blast. She was
named All-Tournament. |
