TACOMA, Wash. – For the second time in a week, the No. 16 Whitman Blues knocked off No. 9 Puget Sound on the Loggers’ home floor, advancing to the NCAA National Tournament’s ‘Sweet 16’ for the second time in four years with a 69-67 win Saturday night at Memorial Fieldhouse.

TACOMA, Wash. – Chelsi Brewer scored a game-high 20 points and broke a 71-71 tie with a three-pointer with 29 seconds left, leading the No. 16 Whitman Blues to a 76-72 win over the No. 23 George Fox Bruins in the first round of the NCAA Division III National Tournament Friday at Puget Sound.

TACOMA, Wash. – Alexis Noren went over 1,000 career points and Jamie Lange had a double-double of 30 points and 14 rebounds as the No. 9 Puget Sound Loggers knocked the California-Santa Cruz Banana Slugs out of the NCAA National Tournament 93-74 in the first round Friday at Memorial Fieldhouse.
