Pacific Lutheran 1, Northwest University 0
Jamie Hoffman's shot off the post caromed off the keeper and into the goal, and Pacific Lutheran withstood a total of 18 Northwest University shots as the Lutes picked up a 1-0 non-conference women's soccer win on Monday afternoon. 

Linfield 6, Northwest Chrst. 0
Linfield reveals its depth and unselfishness, riding the performance of six different goal scorers and 30 players to record its third consecutive shutout and fourth victory of the year. 

 

Sunday, September 9

Redlands 2, Lewis & Clark 0
The Pioneer women's soccer team fell to the University of Redlands Bulldogs, 2-0 on Sunday at Farquhar field. The Bulldogs ended the game with a 26-6 shot advantage. 

Pacific 2, Oregon Tech. 0
In front of their home crowd for the first time this season, the Pacific women's soccer team recorded their third consecutive shutout in four matches with a 2-0 victory over Oregon Tech on Sunday at Lincoln Park Stadium. 

George Fox 4, Warner Pacific 0
Jordyn Brennerman and Melanie Gaither each collected four points, Brennerman on two goals and Gaither on a goal and two assists, as the George Fox University Bruins picked up their first win of the new women's soccer season 4-0 over the Warner Pacific College Knights in a non-conference match Sunday afternoon here at the Austin Sports Complex. 

Whittier 1, Whitman 0 (OT)
The Whitman Women fell 1-0 in overtime to Whittier College. The Whitman defense played well the entire match, allowing Whitter only six shots. Unfortunately, after ninety minutes of scoreless play, the Poets scored in the third minute of overtime on a goal by Rose Marie Orlando. The 1-0 loss pushed Whitman to 1-1 on the weekend and 1-3 overall. 

Concordia 3, Willamette 0
Concordia University (Ore.), ranked #2 in the nation in the NAIA, scored once in the first half and twice in the second half to defeat Willamette University, 3-0, on Sunday, Sept. 9 at Sparks Field. The Cavaliers received two goals from Alex Blalock and one goal from Hannah Kimsey to remain undefeated at 6-0. Willamette dropped to 2-2.
