Sunday, September 23

Linfield 2, Pacific Lutheran 0
Emma Vukic (Fr., Bainbridge Island, Wash.) led the attack with a goal and an assist, helping the 25th-ranked Linfield Wildcats roll to a 2-0 Northwest Conference victory over Pacific Lutheran Sunday afternoon at the Linfield soccer field. 

Whitworth 2, Pacific 0
Brittany Hartmann (Sr., Portland, Ore.) collected seven saves but was not enough as the Pacific women's soccer team fell to Whitworth 2-0 on Sunday afternoon at Lincoln Park Stadium. 

Puget Sound 3, Willamette 0
University of Puget Sound received two goals from Robin Vieira in the final 19 minutes to extend a slim 1-0 lead into a 3-0 victory over Willamette University in a Northwest Conference women's soccer game on Sunday, Sept. 23 at Sparks Field. UPS improved to 4-2-1 overall, 3-0-1 in the NWC, while Willamette dropped to 3-5 overall, 1-3 in the NWC. 

Whitman 2, George Fox 1 (OT)
Clara Merlino scored from 18 yards out 32 seconds into the first overtime as the Whitman College Missionaries handed the George Fox University Bruins their second straight heart-breaking overtime loss 2-1 in Northwest Conference women's soccer action Sunday afternoon here at the Austin Sports Complex. 

Saturday, September 22

Puget Sound 1, Linfield 0
The Puget Sound women's soccer team posted their second consecutive shutout in a 1-0 win on Saturday afternoon at East Field as they hosted the 25th ranked Linfield Wildcats.  Linfield came into the match with a perfect record of 6-0-0 (2-0-0 NWC). The Loggers improved to 3-2-1 overall and 2-0-1 in the Northwest Conference. 

Lewis & Clark 0, Pacific Lutheran 0 (2OT)
Pacific Lutheran has played three Northwest Conference women's soccer matches this season, and it is safe to say that they have this "tie" thing down pat. 

Pacific 1, Whitman 0
A first half goal by Dani McMurray (Fr., Gresham, Ore.) led the Pacific women's soccer team to record their fourth shutout of the season 1-0 against Whitman on Saturday afternoon at Lincoln Park Stadium. 

Whitworth 1, George Fox 0 (OT)
A looping shot from 20 yards away by Mackenzie Grow just snuck under the crossbar late in the first overtime, lifting Whitworth University past the George Fox University Bruins 1-0 and keeping the Pirates atop the Northwest Conference women's soccer standings Saturday afternoon here at the Austin Sports Complex.
