Pacific Lutheran 3, Willamette 2

Willamette University achieved a huge advantage in total shots,
but Pacific Lutheran University rallied from a 2-1 deficit to
defeat the Bearcats 3-2 in two overtimes on Sunday, Oct. 7. Blake
Warner scored both the tying goal and the winning goal for the
Lutes.
Linfield 2, Whitman 1 (2OT)
Linfield's Anna
Sours (Sr., Jacksonville, Ore.) scored with 5½
minutes remaining in double overtime as the Wildcats scraped out a
2-1 victory over Northwest Conference opponent Whitman Sunday
afternoon at the Linfield soccer field.
Lewis & Clark 6, George Fox 1
The Lewis & Clark Pioneers crushed the George Fox Bruins
6-1 on Sunday, Oct. 7th at Griswold Stadium, scoring the most goals
in a single game since 2005, and breaking the school record for
most goals scored against a conference team.
Puget Sound 1, Pacific 0 (OT)
After winning yesterday at the end of the first over time
period, the Pacific women's soccer team took a tough 1-0 loss in
the first minute and a half of the first overtime period to Puget
Sound at Lincoln Park Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
