Playing within the confines of Ted Wilson Gymnasium for the first
time in nearly a month, Linfield won just a single set against
George Fox as the Bruins emerged with the 25-22, 25-27, 25-18,
25-16 victory Saturday night.
Willamette 3, Whitworth 1
Willamette University hit .292 and achieved 47 kills, as the
Bearcats defeated visiting Whitworth University, 3-1, on Saturday,
Oct. 19 at Cone Field House. The Bearcats prevailed, 25-15, 25-11,
21-25, 25-14.
Pacific Lutheran 3, Lewis & Clark

A trio of Pacific Lutheran players finished with at least 10
kills as the Lutes rolled past Lewis & Clark, 25-14, 25-8,
25-16, in a Northwest Conference volleyball match played Saturday
night in Olson Auditorium.
Puget Sound 3, Pacific 0
Jackie
Harvey had 14 kills and the Loggers combined for 10
service aces as the Puget Sound volleyball team swept Pacific
25-18, 25-18, 25-16 on Saturday. Five different Loggers had two
aces in the win.
