Women’s Tennis Student-Athlete of the Week – April 10-16, 2017



Junior, Leeds, U.K. / West Linn HS


Riddle helped Linfield, with a 5-0 record at the #1 singles and doubles positions, to wins over George Fox, Whitworth and Pacific that clinched the NWC title for the 29th-ranked Wildcats.  Against GFU, she teamed with Basia Kopecka for an 8-6 win in doubles over Sarah Tuemmler and Andrea Motley.  She posted a 6-1, 6-1 singles win over Whitworth’s Bella Hoyos, and teamed with Kopecka for an 8-1 victory in doubles over Hoyos and Jennifer Adams.  She finished the week with a 6-1, 6-2 win over Pacific’s Kaitlyn Lomartire in singles and an 8-3 win in doubles with Kopecka over Lomartire and Danielle du Plooy.  She is currently ranked 6th in the West Region in singles.
