HILLSBORO, Ore. - Willamette's Jordan Jenkins is this week's NWC Men's Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week.

Jenkins (Placentia, Calif) broke his career high for scoring twice during the week. He scored 31 points against Pacific and then scored 32 points against Puget Sound. He averaged 31.5 points, 15.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists, 1.0 steals and 0.5 blocks per game. He shot 82.8% from the field (24 of 29), including 3 for 3 on 3-pointers. He was 12 of 15 at the line (80.0%). Against Pacific, he passed the 1,000-point mark for his career. He ended the week with 1,059 points.
