HILLSBORO, Ore. - Willamette's Kristen Barclay has been named this week's Northwest Conference Women's Soccer Defensive Student-Athlete of the Week.
Barclay (Kenmore, Wash.) recorded two shutout wins (0.00 GAA) while playing all 180 minutes against Whitworth and Whitman as Willamette gained sole possession of first place in the NWC standings. She earned two saves in the 2-0 win over Whitworth and added three saves in the 2-0 win over Whitman. For the season, she has five solo shutouts and three shared shutouts to go along with a 0.34 GAA.
